Welcome to Hangry Joe’s! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Hangry Joe’s website. By accessing this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
1. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to our Website and its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof) are owned by Hangry Joe’s.
2. SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program
When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the short code, 800 number or 10 DLC. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to the short code.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
– If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to customerservice@hangryjoes.com or calling or texting (888) 780-2080 or (202) 335-3121.
– Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
– As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive no more than 3 text messages per month. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
